OnPoint Data Strategy is seeking a Data Operations Lead to manage and lead our data operations team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in data operations, project management, and customer service. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of data campaigns for our nonprofit and political clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate and oversee data projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet our high standards.

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Ashburn, VA. Remote work is not an option.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the data operations team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Build and manage relationships with both internal/external clients.
  • Set clear goals and manage team performance.
  • Improve data processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee a broad client portfolio of nonprofit and political clients.
  • Manage multiple projects and varying deadlines.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy for each project.
  • Perform data entry, sales order processing, and transaction reporting.
  • Help to maintain and update operating systems.
  • Organize files and update information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in data operations and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt to challenges.
  • SQL experience not required but nice to have.
  • Well-developed technical skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
