Blitz Digital Group, a conservative political and non-profit digital fundraising agency based in Northern Virginia, is seeking a dynamic political professional to provide exceptional service and value to our account teams and clients. The Digital Account Manager will act as a liaison between our internal departments and clients, spearheading digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have the ability to write creative email copy and have a working knowledge of digital campaign strategies for both housefile and prospecting programs. Blitz Digital Group partners with the nation’s top conservative non-profit/issue-advocacy organizations and political candidates and is building a high-energy team right now to help conservatives have the greatest possible impact in 2025.

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Ashburn, VA. Remote work is not an option.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage 2-4 unique accounts while developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting, and productive client relationships
  • Develop strategic and personalized fundraising plans based on client goals and oversee the execution of those plans
  • Work with our prospecting manager to develop a successful prospecting program for each client account
  • Write email, text, and social media ad copy for each client to deploy in fundraising campaigns
  • Maintain a constant pulse on issues related to clients and their fundraising messaging
  • Continually find ways to add value to client relationships

Required Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • Experience in Digital Fundraising
  • Experience in managing client accounts
  • Experience working for conservative non-profits or political campaigns
  • The ability to be proactive and a self-starter
  • Hunger for continuous learning and development
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
